New Students


If you are brand new to Yoga we understand that walking into a class can be intimidating, and we want to make your yoga experience one that will keep you coming back and growing. With that said, we highly recommend that you take a minimum of 3 private one on one sessions prior to attending a class. In these sessions we will cover basic postures, breathing techniques and a general overview of what to expect in a flowing asana class. These sessions will give you the confidence and structure you need to succeed in your yoga journey. Special package pricing will be discussed in your initial 30 min phone consultation.
