This 60-minute class begins with 8-10 minutes of centering and breathwork followed by a sequence of gentle asanas and concludes with guided relaxation and savasana.
Deep Stretch focuses on long gentle holds and total-body lengthening. This class provides a calm and relaxing space to let go of tension, focus on your breath, and let all your stresses fall away. This class is All-levels and beginner-friendly.
Slow Flow will have you moving slowly and meditatively through synchronized asanas designed to create softness and space in your body while relieving stress in the mind. This class is All levels and beginner-friendly.
Yoga Nidra is a guided, deeply restorative practice often described as “yogic sleep.” Students are invited to settle into a comfortable resting position while being led through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques that calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
Through the practice of long holds lasting up to 5 minutes, Yin Yoga aims to improve mobility, increase circulation in the joints, and reduce stress, by engaging the deeper tissues of the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders. This practice encourages stillness and deep release.
Slow & Strong is a steady, intentional practice designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence at a comfortable pace. You’ll move mindfully through controlled transitions and longer holds, focusing on alignment, breath, and how each posture feels in your body.
This class is accessible for all levels
Teacher’s Choice offers a unique practice each week, thoughtfully crafted by the instructor to meet the needs of the group. You may experience a blend of gentle movement, mindful flow, strong flow, stretching, breathwork, or relaxation techniques—always delivered at a comfortable pace and with plenty of options for all levels. This class invites curiosity and exploration so come with an open mind and enjoy a practice designed to leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and connected.
