Hi! I’m Julie, a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience
After years of teaching in gyms and other studios I wanted to create a space where anyone can learn, practice and feel part of a community. A place where there is no judgement no matter where you are in your yoga journey or what you are wearing.
This All Levels Flow class is just as it sounds, suitable for All Levels. The class will progress through flowing asana (poses) where you will focus on how the poses feel in the body as well as your breath-work.
Gentle Yoga
This 60-min class begins with 8-10 minutes of centering and breathwork followed by a sequence of gentle asanas and concludes with guided relaxation and savasana.
