Expect balance, strength, and a powerful reset as we move with intention in this grounding slow flow that connects breath and movement from start to finish. Class begins with a centering breath, builds steady energy through mindful flow, and elevates the peak with an energizing breath technique. We’ll then wind things down with a calming breath to prepare the body and mind for a restful Yoga Nidra and Savasana.
