All Levels Flow

This All Levels Flow class is just as it sounds, suitable for All Levels.  We will begin with centering breathwork to prepare our mind for practice and move to slow gentle movements to prepare the body. 

The class will progress through flowing asana (poses) where you will focus on how the poses feel in the body as well as your breathwork. 

The asana portion of the class will last approximately 45 minutes and the class will end with a 15-minute guided relaxation.  This class will leave your body feeling relaxed and strong and your mind calm and at peace.


Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch focuses on long gentle holds and total-body lengthening. This class provides a calm and relaxing space to let go of tension, focus on your breath, and let all your stresses fall away. This class is All-levels and beginner-friendly.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow will have you moving slowly and meditatively through synchronized asanas designed to create softness and space in your body while relieving stress in the mind.  This class is All levels and beginner-friendly.


Gentle Yoga

This 60-minute class begins with 8-10 minutes of centering and breathwork followed by a sequence of gentle asanas and concludes with guided relaxation and savasana.

Yin Yang

Class will begin with body awareness and breathwork. Students will move through gentle standing and seated postures to release tension and tightness in the body. Students will transition into yin poses to get into their fascia, and end with a relaxing savasana. This class is accessible to all levels of practice.
